The CSV a browser set to German or Dutch gets: semicolons, decimal commas and the same columns for every receipt.

- You can, and it often works. You'll still describe the columns each time, check the VAT split and the number format, and make sure no receipt went missing.
- Is InvoiceSnap ChatGPT underneath?
- No. It sends each image to Google Gemini with a fixed list of fields to fill, flags a missing or impossible total, and builds the export files in your browser.
- Does ChatGPT keep my receipt photos?
- As of October 2026, uploaded photos stay in your chat history and in ChatGPT's file library until you delete them, and on personal plans your chats can be used to improve OpenAI's models unless you turn that off in the data controls. InvoiceSnap keeps no copy at all.
