Take a photo in the browser or drop in JPG, PNG, HEIC or PDF files, up to 50 at a time. Check the amounts and fix anything flagged before you export.

Upload in QuickBooks
Banking → Upload from file, then pick the account. When QuickBooks asks for the date format, choose MM/DD/YYYY.

- Does it work with QuickBooks Desktop?
- The file is made for QuickBooks Online's bank upload. For Desktop, or any other tool, the Excel export has the same data in plain columns.
- Is this a QuickBooks integration?
- No. InvoiceSnap never connects to your QuickBooks company: you download a CSV and upload it yourself.
- How much does it cost?
