Why it fits
VAT by rate
Receipts with more than one VAT rate get one column per rate, ready to total for the month.
Right for your region
Prefer CSV? It follows your browser's region: semicolons and decimal commas where European Excel expects them, so amounts don't land in one column or turn into dates.
Mixed currencies
Add each receipt's total in one currency, converted at the ECB rate for the receipt's date.
Line items too
A second sheet lists every item with its quantity and price, linked to its receipt by a reference.

- Yes. The .xlsx file opens in Google Sheets, Apple Numbers and LibreOffice as well as Excel.
- Can I do a whole month at once?
- Yes. Drop up to 50 receipts in one go. Everything you scan is kept in the Stash on your device, and you can export all of it to one file.
