How it works

Scan your receipts
Take a photo in the browser or drop in JPG, PNG, HEIC or PDF files, up to 50 at a time. Check the amounts and fix anything flagged before you export.

Export "Xero import CSV"
One line per receipt: date, amount, the vendor as payee, the category as description, and a reference.

Import it in Xero
Accounting → Bank accounts, pick the account, then Manage account → Import a statement. Reconcile the lines as usual.
Why it fits

Dates that can't flip
Dates are written with the month name (14 Apr 2026), so a day can never be read as a month.
One currency per file
Amounts go in exactly as printed on the receipt. Import each currency into a bank account in that currency.
Questions
- Is this a Xero integration?
- No, and that's deliberate. InvoiceSnap never connects to your Xero organisation: you download a CSV and upload it yourself, so it never has access to your books.
- Can I attach the receipt image in Xero?
- Not through the CSV. InvoiceSnap discards receipt images once they're read, so keep the originals if you want to attach them.
- How much does it cost?
- 5 scans a month are free, with no account. After that, credit packs start at €4 for 20 scans and never expire. There's no subscription.
