A Dext alternative without a subscription.
Dext collects receipts and invoices for a business and publishes them to its accounting software, usually set up with a bookkeeper. If you do your own books and just need receipts as rows in a spreadsheet, InvoiceSnap does that without a monthly plan or a document limit to watch.

Why it fits
When Dext fits better
Your bookkeeper works in Dext, you want receipts published straight into accounting software, or you want an online archive.
When InvoiceSnap fits better
You do your own books, scan in bursts at quarter end, and would rather pay per receipt than per month.
Keep your originals
InvoiceSnap isn't an archive. Keep receipts the way your tax office expects; InvoiceSnap gives you the numbers.

Questions
- Does InvoiceSnap connect to my accounting software?
- It makes import files for Xero and QuickBooks and plain Excel or CSV for everything else. There's no live connection, so nothing has access to your books.
- What if I scan only a few receipts some months?
- That's what credits are for. 5 scans a month are free, and paid credits never expire, so a quiet month costs nothing.
- How much does it cost?
- 5 scans a month are free, with no account. After that, credit packs start at €4 for 20 scans and never expire. There's no subscription.
